At Lis Décence, we pride ourselves on the quality and uniqueness of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy on returns and refunds.

Returns

Customers are eligible to return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized items, sale items, and undergarments are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Upon reviewing your return request, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your return based on our policy criteria.
  3. Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
  4. Refund Issuance: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
